Continental breakfast is available in our spa lounge each morning or enjoy our full breakfast at the Clubhouse Grille. During the day all overnight guests enjoy access to our full service fitness center, hot tub, swimming pool, surrounding landscaped gardens, tennis and volleyball courts, bocci ball, a fitness par course, horseshoes and hiking. Our Lodge and Inn have wireless computer access, our golf course is a short drive away and our Felicita Room and Grille is conveniently located in the Golf Clubhouse and open for full-menu dining during the season.

The Lodges at Felicita
Tucked into a mountainside and furnished in California Mission style, each room at The Lodges has its own private balcony or porch with sweeping views of the valley and the surrounding Blue Mountains. The 40 rooms are divided into 5 buildings to ensure a feeling of quiet and seclusion. Only a short walk leads you to the Spa for relaxing services and a slightly longer excursion takes those looking for a spectacular view into the famed Italian Gardens.

The Inn at Felicita
A converted old barn, The Inn offers 13 rooms and an apartment in a quaint country inn setting, each decorated with its own Waverly fabric theme. The central living area includes a comfortable gathering and sitting room, has a convenient kitchenette, and is a favorite for wedding parties, family reunions and small corporate retreats. You can rent the Inn by room or as a whole and is an economical and enjoyable lodging alternative.

The Golf House
This unique accommodation features four bedrooms, some with one twin bed and some with two, plus a double pull-out couch in the main room, three full baths and sleeps nine. You'll enjoy swapping tales around the stone fireplace in the Great Room. Relax in a rocking chair or swinging hammock on the screened-in back porch overlooking the 9th green. Walk nearby to the The Grille and Felicita Room at The Golf Clubhouse for meals and golf amenities. Take advantage of relaxing seclusion perched right on the edge of the golf course.

Lakewood Cottage
Three bedroom cottage-type dwelling perfect for those desiring privacy with a homey atmosphere. Located away from the lodges and Inn, yet close to the clubhouse and golf course.

Spa Apartment
Charming one bedroom hideaway with full kitchen and dining area. Both living room and bedroom sliding glass doors lead onto a lovely deck overlooking the woods. This cozy little gem is next to the spa - made for honeymooners and those who wish they were!
